Departments of AIESEC Timisoara
This department has the main role to maintain an efficient internal communication. It coordinates the recruitment, develops the member’s potential, evaluates their activity and facilitates coaching for them.
The department collaborates with AIESEC worldwide to support youngsters who want to go in a global internship. It helps them to find the most suitable internship and makes sure their experience has the desired flow.
InComing Exchange Non-Corporate
Every international who wants to work in an internship in Timisoara comes into contact with this department. In order to be able to offer this opportunity, the department is dealing with obtaining internships for internationals in kinder-gardens, NGOs and companies.
This department creates and maintains the connections with the companies and NGOs interested in supporting AIESEC projects. To improve the external relations, it seeks for feedback from the possible and from the existing partners.
The department manages the financial resources in AIESEC Timisoara. The main activities are accountancy, the creation of budgets, financial analysis, control and evaluation.
This department is divided into two sub-areas: PR & Events and Design. The first one mainly takes care of the public relations,promo strategies and external positioning through numerous events and the second one is where promotional and web design materials are created.
It is a strategic department which monitors and evaluates the principles and values on which our projects are based. Its team comes with new ideas for areas of interest like sustainability, education, environment and others.
