LPM summer 2010

The internal conference oferrs the members the chance to be actively involved in planning the projects that will be organised by AIESEC Timisoara , the initiative coming directly from the members.

Planning is a mandatory activity in any organization.For this reason, AIESEC Timisoara is planning the summer 2010 LPM (Local Planning Meeting) , the local internal conference in which the organisation's projects and activities are being planned for the period february 2011-september 2011.The 80 active members of the organization will reunite at Muntele Mic between the 17th – 20th july, with the aim of planning the next year's projects.The theme of the conference will be the World Championship, which will hopefully lead to discovering each member's talent as far as local committee is concerned.

RTS spring 2010 (Regional Training Seminar)

The new members that enter the organization, as a result of the spring recruitment, take part in a conference in which they discover the opportunities given by AIESEC.

The local conference is organised every spring and autumn when new members join the organization as a result of the recruitment process. The local committee's tradition reunites AIESEC Timisoara, AIESEC Oradea and AIESEC Brasov as organizing committees, this year being the second time they unite their new members and introduce them to the AIESEC vision. How to grow within the organisation, how to become a leader, acting responsible in the daily activities are just a few of the subjects debated throughout the conference. RTS Spring 2010 took place at Sucuius, Bihor County between 29th april – 2nd may, when the students took part in trainings and workshops on different areas of interest, but not without ending the day with a thematic party. The theme for the 2010 Spring RTS was Superheroes, discovering the heroic part in each member, in connection with his activity.
